Scope of service
Voxelia 3D creates digital 3D handoffs, viewer links, CAD-adjacent files, orthodata, or project-specific output packages from provided image and project data. The concrete scope follows the selected package, checkout, quote, or individual project agreement.
Dataset review and deliverability
Handoff quality depends on image coverage, sharpness, scale, metadata, and target output. We may review uploads, ask follow-up questions, or decline delivery if a dataset is technically insufficient, incomplete, or not legally usable.
Uploads and rights
Customers may upload only files for which they hold the required usage, access, and sharing rights. Uploaded content must not contain unlawful, security-critical, or unnecessary personal data.
Pricing, payment, and delivery
Prices are shown in checkout, quote, or package context. Paid projects start after successful payment and complete upload. Delivery windows are target values and require a usable dataset and clarified target formats.
Accounts and security
Accounts, admin access, and download links must not be shared. We may restrict access if misuse, security risks, or unauthorized usage are suspected.
